ClassGroup Pro is designed so teachers can create student groups without creating an account, uploading a roster, or storing student information on our servers.

What ClassGroup Pro Collects

ClassGroup Pro does not ask for an account and does not intentionally collect student names, attributes, classroom rosters, grouping rules, or generated groups.

How the App Works

The grouping tool runs in your web browser. Information you type into the app is held in browser memory for the active session so the app can generate groups. It is not sent to a ClassGroup Pro database.

What May Be Requested by Your Browser

The website may request basic page files, styles, scripts, and fonts so the site can load. The current pages use Google Fonts, which means your browser may contact Google to retrieve font files. Do not enter student information into any third-party form or service unless your school permits it.

Analytics

ClassGroup Pro does not currently include product analytics or advertising trackers. If privacy-friendly analytics are added later, this policy should be updated before they go live.

Children's Privacy

ClassGroup Pro is intended for use by teachers and school staff. Students should not use the app directly unless supervised by an adult and permitted by the school.

Your Responsibilities

Teachers and schools are responsible for following their own privacy policies, consent requirements, and applicable laws when entering student information into any classroom tool.
